DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR DESTINATIONS

DELIVERY TIME

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48 working hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us, subject to stock availability, stock location and quality checks.

Hong Kong
In Hong Kong, orders are delivered 5.5 days a week, excluding Sundays and statutory Public Holidays.

Rest of World
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, subject to international courier delivery times in your country.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All countries (except Singapore) are shipped to on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that if your parcel must go through customs clearance, any additional charges incurred shall be borne by you. 

Our courier will contact customers about the details of any import duty to pay. Customs policies vary from region to region, we advise you to contact your local customs authority to determine the cost of import tax and duties of your order prior to your placing orders with us.

SHIPPING

It can be sent to an address selected by you. (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box)

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 24 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time after you have placed your order online.

INSURANCE

JOY ENDS insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by JOY ENDS and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.

If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
