While we hope you love your order, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund for regular-priced items returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the conditions below.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact us first at SaiSanTradingLimited@outlook.com to request a return and obtain the return address.

2. Pack your return securely in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

3. Ship your return using a tracked courier or postal service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

   • Clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

   • We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

• Original shipping fees and import taxes are non-refundable (except for defective items).

• Promotional gifts must be returned with the item.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at SaiSanTradingLimited@outlook.com to arrange an exchange.

NOTES

• One exchange per item is permitted.
